Snowflake Obsidian

Snowflake obsidian is a volcanic glass and has beautiful gray patterns amongst the black obsidian. It is formed when clusters of cristobalite crystals are dispersed in the basic black obsidian.

Snowflake obsidian jewelry is available as pendants, necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

We also have snowflake obsidian animal carvings and various cut shapes in hearts, eggs and pyramids. Most of our obsidian comes from the Western United States and Mexico.
