What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Your purchase will be sent via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS) within three business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

How can I track my package?

Once your purchase has been shipped, we will send you an email with your USPS tracking number.

What is your return policy?

To exchange or return your purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs), please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns on custom jewelry orders. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for returns lost in the mail.

Will my purchase look exactly like the product photo?

We try to represent our products as accurately as possible with our photos. While we take care to work with high quality stones, most natural stones have variations in color and pattern.
